Orders
SafetyOrders show pickup times. The market does not hold the money. The seller fee is 0%. We do not store a card number.
No orders yet. Statuses are requested, confirmed, ready, picked up or delivered, done, or canceled. Paid shows only when the seller marks it or the payment provider confirms it.
If you miss pickup, the seller holds it until a set time the next day. That rule shows on the listing, at checkout, and on the confirmation. A miss is private. There is no public label.
Food delivery or shipping must stay in the seller's state. That does not turn off. Other goods may ship.
A calendar file and a reorder stay on this page. A standing weekly order for a restaurant is free.
A dispute goes to the help page and to the payment provider's own buyer protection. If a seller refunds from their own account, the status would say "Refund sent (date)."
Can't make it would offer a friend's first name, running late, a new time, cancel before the cutoff, or donate. After the window: "Missed pickup, being held until (time)." The seller marks donated, sold, used, or composted.
The next step is to open a farm stand.
Problem with this order?
Reasons are late, missing, damaged, or the wrong item. The seller has 48 hours. Refunds are recorded in the ledger and sent from the seller's own Stripe account.
If the seller does not answer in 48 hours, or this is not enough, it moves to the dispute desk. You can also open an order case.
