Privacy

American Share Market is operated by Foreman Solutions LLC, doing business as Sovereign Roots.

We collect the name, email, and state a farm types to claim a stand, the stand text and photos the farm saves, order name and email when a buyer pays, messages sent through a stand, and a report someone files about a listing. A ZIP code typed at checkout is used to show delivery choices. The browser also keeps a cart and a stand edit code on that device.

We use that information to run the stand, send an order or message notice when mail is turned on, and review a report. A farm's own payment company, if the farm uses one, has its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data. We do not take the payment.

Farms you order from can see your verified email status, member-since date, and your count of completed pickups and no-shows. (only after this feature is turned on; it is off now).

A hidden form field and a hidden link help us notice bots. Screen readers skip that field. One weak sign is shown on Account Status, where you can appeal. Two strong signs can be held quietly for 30 days, then deleted. We do not attack anyone's computer. The bot trap is off, so nothing is held from it right now.

A farm can type a feature idea, a short check-in, or a yes for a monthly call. We save only what that farm types, and only if they send it. We do not sell or share those answers.

Homestead Blueprint stores photos you upload, the written concept, and the concept picture on your account. Photos are resized and re-encoded before they are sent, so camera location data is removed. xAI processes the photos to write the concept. Photos and concept pictures are deleted 30 days after they were saved. The written concept can remain until you delete the blueprint. We do not put those photos in the admin error log. (only after this feature is turned on; it is off now).

A farm help post stores the job text, the county, a ZIP and a phone that stay hidden until someone applies or the farm opens its own post, and the pay the farm typed. (only after this feature is turned on; it is off now). A worker profile stores a first name, county, ZIP, travel miles, skills, certifications the worker typed, languages, a short bio, the days they can work, and an 18-or-older confirmation with the time they checked it. We do not ask for a birth date. Messages on a job are stored. A text-alert box is stored and is not sent, because texts are not turned on. We do not sell this information. A worker can hide or delete the profile. Reviews stay, and a farm cannot delete them.

The writing helper for a farm's own words (only after this feature is turned on; it is off now).

Cookies and site data

Visitors do not get an ad cookie. A stand code and a cart stay in this browser's saved site data. An admin sign-in uses one cookie for that sign-in only. We do not sell your information.

Children

We do not open a seller stand for anyone under 13. Ages 13 to 17 do not get a stand now. A parent can leave an email so we can write if youth stands open later.

How long we keep data

Draft. A set schedule is not decided. Email hello@americansharemarket.com to ask for deletion, and include the email on the stand.

Draft, pending attorney review.

To ask for deletion, email hello@americansharemarket.com and include the email on the stand. We delete the stand, its orders, and its messages when we can match that request. A bank may keep its own payment record.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links may be partner links. ASM may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Farms never pay us a cut.

The Gear Guide opens each brand’s own page until a partner link is saved in that pick’s place. We do not show prices or ratings there, because both go out of date. The Amazon Associates sentence applies only after an associate tag is saved. Until then, a draft link is not a qualifying purchase. See the affiliate disclosure.
