Seller agreement

Version 2026-10-15-draft. This is the short form. The Terms still apply. American Share Market is operated by Foreman Solutions LLC, doing business as Sovereign Roots.

A seller may not hide a review or punish a buyer for writing one.

You are the seller. You set the product, the price, and the words on your stand. You are responsible for licenses, food safety, labels, weights, and the laws of your state.

Food sold here is never shipped to another state. Food sales are local: pickup, or in-person delivery or mail within the seller's own state where that state allows it.

The buyer pays the farm directly, using the farm's own payment method (like a pay link or cash at pickup). The farm gets the money, not us. Refunds come from the farm. We take 0%. Your payment company may charge its own normal fee. Sellers pay 0%, forever. If a seller fee ever changes, we will say so on the fees page at least 90 days before it starts. A buyer tip, if one is added, is separate. Buyers pay no platform fee.

Pickup, your own delivery inside your state, and any Uber or DoorDash booking are yours. The market does not move the food.

Export Desk is off. It never covers food. Foreman Solutions LLC is not the exporter, the importer, or the customs broker.

You agree to cover Foreman Solutions LLC if someone claims harm from your product, your listing, or your shipping.

You can download your customer and order list. Those people are your customers.
