Getting paid without a bank
This is general info, not financial advice.
Online card payments through Stripe need a bank account or, in some cases, a debit card that accepts payouts.
Options to look into: a free or low-cost checking account, a credit union, or a prepaid debit card that has its own account and routing number.
Check with the card or bank that it accepts direct deposits from Stripe.
This page does not recommend a bank, a card, or a company, and it has no referral link.
Until then, turn on cash-only. Buyers reserve now and pay at pickup. Get paid is not required, and cash orders have no fee.
Cash orders have no fee. Keep 100% of your price. The only cost is standard card processing (2.9% + 30¢), which goes to Stripe, not us. You can add the card fee to your price on card orders. Food never ships out of state.
Turn cash-only on from your stand page, next to Get paid. Buyers see “Pay at pickup (cash)” and search can filter for it.
