Raw milk and herd shares
The rules on file mark raw milk sales as banned.
Herd shares on file: no_law. A new herd-share listing is blocked. A raw milk sale is blocked.
There is no law addressing herd shares; however, in 2017 there were several bills presented that did not pass which would have made herd shares expressly legal.
