Independent partners
Independent partners. Not endorsed. We are not an H-2A agent, an insurer, or a payroll company. A listing here is not a fee tied to a hire or a visa.
American Share Market is a listing service only. We are not an employer, staffing agency, employment agency or farm labor contractor, and we do not recruit, hire, pay, transport, house or supervise workers. Farms are solely responsible for hiring decisions, worker classification, wages, taxes, I-9, workers' compensation, safety and following all federal, state and local laws. We do not verify listings, users or background. Never pay money to get a job. Not legal advice.
- Gusto payroll. The farm pays Gusto, not this market.
- ADP payroll. The farm pays ADP, not this market.
- SeasonalJobs.dol.gov for H-2A recruiting disclosure. We do not file these.
- Workers' comp and farm liability belong with a licensed insurance agent in your state. This page does not sell a policy.
No partner is paying for this list yet. When one does, the page will say sponsored.
Paid job posts are off. Farms, nonprofits, and workers are not charged. Pros pricing
